General Terms and Conditions of Business

1. Order

All orders are binding. In your own interest, please make sure that the delivery address and telephone number given to us is correct and complete. We cannot accept any liability for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We reserve the right to change the specifications of the products without prior notice.

2. Prices

The item prices in the shop are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), Euro (€) and US dollars ($) and include the legal value added tax.

3. Payment

You can pay most conveniently with the VISA and MasterCard credit cards (in Switzerland and internationally) or with the PostFinance Card, TWINT and prepayment (only in Switzerland).

4. delivery, shipping and packaging costs

Deliveries are made to Switzerland and abroad.

You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order from us. This only confirms the receipt of your order via the e-shop. If you do not receive a confirmation, the order process was probably not completed correctly. In such a case, please contact us directly by e-mail or telephone.

The execution of the order depends on the availability of the products. The order is usually processed immediately and available items are shipped within 1 to 3 working days. If this should not be possible, you will be informed by us. Shipment can be made in more than one package. The items will be shipped as soon as they are available. No matter how many deliveries are made, only one delivery charge per order will be made.

Within Switzerland and the Principality of Lichtenstein, we charge a flat rate of CHF 9.50 for shipping and handling. The costs mentioned above refer to the standard delivery service (A-Post) for our collections and accessories.

International shipments are sent by FedEx. Shipments up to 67 kg are possible, for larger shipments please contact us. The calculated shipping costs can be seen directly in the order process. The delivery time is about 2-4 working days.

Please note that any customs duties or value added tax on import are NOT included in the price and must be paid by the recipient. (=DAP delivery)

5. delivery times

Normal delivery times may vary, the following information is only a guideline:

Standard: within 1 to 3 days after receipt of order (orders before 12.00 are usually shipped the same day)

6. Returns / credit notes / damaged articles

If an item is delivered to you in an unsatisfactory condition or you wish to exchange the item for another size, you may return the item to us within 14 days, after which we will offer you either a full refund of the purchase price or the delivery of a replacement item.

Returns must be made within 14 days in the original undamaged packaging. Refunds will only be given for products in an undamaged, unused condition. If the returned product is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original sales price from the refund. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights in the event of damaged items.

Send the item to the address below and include a note stating your name, order number, reason for return and the action you wish to take.

7. Delivery damage

If the goods have been damaged during shipping, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods by e-mail or telephone. Damaged or defective articles can be exchanged free of charge. Claims for damages due to incorrect illustrations, texts and prices or late delivery are excluded. Errors, price changes or small modifications of the products are reserved.

8. Data protection

We undertake not to sell your personal data to third parties. All personal data will of course be treated confidentially. The data necessary for the business transaction will be stored.

Credit card payments are encrypted with proven SSL technology. They are processed via Saferpay (Six Multipay AG). Six processes your personal data on our behalf in connection with the payments you have commissioned from us. Your data will only be used by Six to process your payment order and will not be made available to any third party other than the financial institutions responsible for the respective payment method. "Six" or "Saferpay" may appear on your credit card or bank statement in connection with your order from us.

9. Retention of title

The delivered articles remain our property until full payment has been received.
