• Does the price apply per piece?

  If not otherwise stated in the article title, the price stated is per piece, regardless of any further information in the article text such as packaging unit.

• What do the packaging units mean?

  The packing units are given for information if larger quantities are ordered. They simplify the complicated repackaging process of individual articles for us. If the unit is not specified as a pack or box in the article title, it is not necessary to order a complete packing unit (but it is recommended).

• Is there a minimum order quantity?

  No, there is no minimum order quantity. Please note, however, that even for small orders and for small order amounts the full shipping costs must be charged.

• Can the articles be exchanged?

  If you wish to exchange the item, you can return the item to us within 14 days, after which we will make the exchange or offer you either a full refund of the value of the goods or the delivery of a replacement item if the exchange is not possible. Please refer to the instructions and conditions in the terms and conditions

• Payment methods?

  Private customers can pay by credit card, advance payment or postcard (for Switzerland and Liechtenstein). For the other countries, payment is only possible by credit card.

• How long does the delivery take?

  In general, the delivery times according to the GTC apply.

• What are the shipping costs?

  The shipping costs are shown in the GTC and in the order process.

• Can items be shipped abroad?

  International shipments are sent by FedEx. Shipments up to 67 kg are possible, for larger shipments please contact us. The calculated shipping costs can be seen directly in the order process. The delivery time is about 2-4 working days.
  
  Please note that any customs duties or value added tax on import are NOT included in the price and must be paid by the recipient. (=DAP delivery)

• I have received a damaged item, what do I have to do?

  If the goods have been damaged during shipping, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods by e-mail or telephone. Return the item to us within 14 days, after which we will send a replacement or offer you either a full refund of the value of the goods or the delivery of a replacement item if the item is no longer available. Please refer to the instructions and conditions in the terms and conditions.
